1MissionVault — Terms & Conditions

By using 1MissionVault (“the app”, “we”, “our”), including its web app and optional WhatsApp assistant, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

1MissionVault does not offer public sign-up — accounts are created directly by the account holder or provisioned by an administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the app or its infrastructure.
• Use the WhatsApp assistant to send abusive, unlawful, or automated bulk messages through the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you store in 1MissionVault (tasks, notes, financial records, documents, contacts, etc.). We only access it to operate the features you use, or when required to maintain the security or integrity of the service.

1MissionVault relies on third-party providers (Supabase, AWS, Anthropic, Meta/WhatsApp, Google, and payment processors where applicable) to deliver its features, as described in our Privacy Policy. Availability of these features depends on those providers functioning normally.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, charges are processed through our payment provider (Razorpay/Cashfree) and are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We aim to keep 1MissionVault available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the app evolves.

1MissionVault is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

You may stop using 1MissionVault and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
