1MissionVault — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Overview

1MissionVault (“the app”, “we”, “our”) is a personal productivity and command-center application for managing tasks, habits, finances, documents, contacts, and related personal-organization data, including an optional WhatsApp assistant integration. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected. 1MissionVault does not offer public sign-up — every account is created directly by the account holder or an administrator they trust.

Information we collect

We collect only what's needed to provide the app's features:

  • Account information: your email address and authentication credentials (managed by our database provider, Supabase; passwords are never stored in plain text).
  • Content you enter: tasks, habits, notes, financial records (income/expenses/loans/EMIs), documents you upload, contacts, saved tools/links, and meeting details — all of this is private to your account.
  • WhatsApp messages: if you use the WhatsApp assistant, the text of messages you send it is processed to carry out the action you asked for (e.g. adding a task or logging an expense), and a short recent-message history is kept temporarily so the assistant can handle multi-step replies (e.g. answering a follow-up question it asked you).
  • Google account data (only if you choose to connect it): calendar and/or email data needed for the specific feature you enable (e.g. scheduling meetings).
  • Usage data: basic technical logs (e.g. request timestamps, error logs) used only for debugging and reliability.

How we use your information

Your data is used solely to operate and improve the app for you, specifically to:

  • Store and display the content you create.
  • Send you reminders and notifications you've enabled (push notifications, email, or WhatsApp).
  • Interpret WhatsApp messages into actions using Anthropic's Claude API — only the message text needed to complete the request is sent to this service.
  • Authenticate you and keep your account secure.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train any AI model.

Third-party services we use

1MissionVault is built on top of a small number of trusted infrastructure providers, each handling only the data necessary for their function:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and access control.
  • Amazon Web Services (S3) — private file storage for uploaded documents.
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — natural-language processing for the WhatsApp assistant.
  • Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform — message delivery for the WhatsApp assistant.
  • Google APIs — only if you explicitly connect your Google account.

Data security

Sensitive fields (such as saved passwords and connected-account tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Every user's data is isolated at the database level (row-level security), so it is only ever accessible to that account. All traffic to the app is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings — this removes your records from our database and any uploaded files from storage.

WhatsApp-specific privacy

To prevent anyone other than you from accessing your account through WhatsApp, a phone number must be verified against your account email (via a one-time code) before the assistant will act on its messages. Once verified, that number stays linked to your account until you unlink it.

Children's privacy

1MissionVault is not directed at children and is not knowingly used to collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
